Corporate Mediation

Fellinger Corporate Law provides mediation and alternative dispute resolution practice (ADR). Mrs. Edyta Dorenbos acts as a chartered mediator / facilitator for international commercial and financial disputes and she is appointed as an arbitrator at the National Arbitration Court in Warsaw. She is an affiliated counselor and an academic member of the Association of International Arbitration.

Work method:

In case you are of the opinion that your dispute might be resolved by mediation, you can contact Fellinger Corporate Law. You will be asked to give your details as well as those of your adversary. Both parties will be sent information about mediation and the standard mediation contract. Fellinger Corporate Law charges the same hourly fee as for legal services.
Fellinger Corporate Law strives to have the First session be held within one week, where the mediation agreement will besigned and mediation commences.

Corporate Mediation is based on the act that parties are mediating on a voluntary basis and confidentiality. Both principles are anchored in the Mediation Contract.
